PBR

PBR in theory would work, However that is all it is a theory. PBR means how can we maximise our profits,  we shall do the least we can and rely on those people who apply who do everything, and claim the results.  Giving proper education/training for people costs money, Things that will help people get a long term job, Now we come back to the How can we maximise our income.  Now I am not saying they all do this just the Major companies appear to be doing this. This PBR is also a short termism dream,  Invest in true training true education and in the long term the skill set of the unemployed will rise and make them a better selling point, But once again this costs money. The smaller companies (precious few of them) cant afford to invest this way, the Bigger wont invest and the people who really suffer are the unemployed.

Salvation army runs a Work Programme

And the LORD says, “What sorrow awaits Jehoiakim, who builds his palace with forced labor. He builds injustice into its walls, for he makes his neighbors work for nothing. He does not pay them for their labor.
Jeremiah 22:13

“There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.  Proverbs 6:16-19″

I see a4e is now making a loss. Good

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/jobs/9788801/A4es-Emma-Harrison-paid-1.5m-dividend-despite-pre-tax-loss.html

Scandal-hit A4e paid its former chairman Emma Harrison a £1.5m dividend last year before she stepped down, with further payments to associated companies, despite the group falling to a £2.1m loss, accounts show

Accounts filed at Companies House also reveal A4e paid Miss Harrison’s associated business, Andromeda Park, a conference management company, £188,000, for “services” and her husband’s business, Thornbridge, £816,000 for lease of property, totalling just over £1m for the couple.
This is despite A4e making a loss of £2.1m in 2012, following a pre-tax profit of £15.1m in 2011.
Group sales declined from £234.3m in 2011 to £194.1m last year. In the UK, sales were significantly down, from £215.6m to £167.1m over the period. The highest paid director at A4e received £416,000, the accounts showed. This is £110,000 more than the highest paid director in 2011.

the accommodation is basic and in static caravan but for right people long term willing to upgrade.

a small area will be made available for garden ie grow veg etc. It really requires someone who is handy and likes outdoor life, once the main work is done then it will be a question of maintenance rather than the heavier stuff.

the accommodation is basic furnished and has fridge,tv,combination microwave oven, gas cooker, cutlery. if you are happy and we are happy then very long term place. In initial stages flexilibility would be good as i need to retire and get property in shape and sectioned off to do so.

The National Labour Service

The previous government had started many work schemes to reduce unemployment. One of these schemes was the Reichsarbeitsdienst (or the RAD, Reich Labour Service). In July 1935 the Reich Labour Service Act was passed, which forced every man aged between 18 and 25 to:
  • complete 6 months training at the RAD
  • wear military uniform
  • live in camps
  • receive pocket money only (no wages)
  • do military/physical exercise every day.
